1. Production & Processing Time

As each item is printed specifically for your order, please account for both production (handling) time and shipping (transit) time.

  • Standard Production Time: Most orders enter production within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation and are completed within 2-5 business days. Production time varies by product type and complexity.
  • Peak Seasons & Holidays: During high-volume periods (e.g., November-December), production may take an additional 2-4 business days. We will post notifications on our website during such times.
  • Order Status: You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your item ships, you will receive a separate notification with tracking information.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers

We ship worldwide from our network of global fulfillment centers (located in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific) to ensure faster delivery and lower shipping costs.

  • Domestic (Within the USA): Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
  • International: Shipped via reliable carriers such as DHL, UPS, or local postal services, depending on the destination.
  • Note: We automatically route your order to the fulfillment center closest to your shipping address to optimize delivery speed.

3. Shipping Options, Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your ship-to address, product type, package weight, and selected shipping speed.

4. International Orders: Taxes & Duties

  • Import Taxes & Duties: For international shipments, any applicable import taxes, customs duties, or fees are the customer’s responsibility. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
  • Pre-Paid Duties (DDU): We currently ship all orders under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms. This means we do not collect or pre-pay these fees. Your local customs authority will assess them upon arrival, and you may be required to pay them to receive your package.
  • Checking Fees: We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to activate in the carrier’s system.
  • You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account on our website.

6. Shipping Address & Order Changes

  • Accuracy is Crucial: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Address Changes/Cancellations: Contact us immediately at info@dropshipgift.com if you need to change or cancel your order. We can only modify an order if it has not yet entered the production phase. Once printing has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • “Delivered” but Not Received: If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local postal office. If the package remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your package arrives damaged, please accept it and contact our support team within 3 days of delivery. Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product, and we will gladly assist you with a replacement or refund under our Refund & Returns Policy.
  • Lost in Transit: If there are no tracking updates for an extended period (e.g., 15+ business days for domestic, 30+ for international), please contact us. We will file an inquiry with the carrier and arrange for a reprint or refund if the package is confirmed lost.
