How is pricing calculated?

What file specifications do I need to provide?
To ensure the best print quality, provide print-ready files meeting these requirements:
Format: High-resolution PDF or vector files (AI, EPS). High quality JPG/PNG/TIFF may be accepted if resolution is sufficient.
Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch). Web images (72 DPI) will appear blurry when printed.
Color Mode: CMYK (for printing). Do not use RGB (for screens).
Bleed: If your design extends to the edge, include a bleed area (typically 3mm or 0.125 inches on all sides).
How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple:

3.Upload File: Upload your print-ready file in the designated area.
4.Preview & Confirm: Review the digital preview (if available) and confirm your design looks correct.

6.Production & Shipping: Your order enters production and ships upon completion.
How long does production take?
Production time (from order confirmation/payment to shipment) depends on product complexity, current order volume, and finishes. Typically 2-5 business days.
Do you offer sample proofing?
Yes! For important orders or projects with critical color/quality requirements, we strongly recommend ordering a physical proof. This is the most reliable way to verify the final output (color, material, finish) before committing to a full run. Proofs incur an additional cost and separate production time.
How do you protect my design files?
We take your privacy and intellectual property seriously:
1.Strict Confidentiality: Your files are used solely to fulfill your order. We do not share, sell, or reuse them without your permission.
2.Secure Transfer: Files are uploaded via secure, encrypted connections (HTTPS).
3.Post-Order Deletion: Source files are securely deleted from our production systems after order fulfillment and a standard retention period (unless you authorize retention for future reprints).
4.Copyright Ownership: You retain all rights to your uploaded designs. We claim no ownership.
